Lowest price guarantee

Our Lowest Price Guarantee offers you the assurance of the best price, not only at the time of purchase but also for the 30 days thereafter. This guarantee is comprised of two important promises.

We ensure that our prices are checked daily, so you're always assured of the best deal. If a Max Pro X MOHI product is offered elsewhere by an authorized retailer at a lower price, we'll adjust our price and match it, which we'll then list as a discount on the product.

Additionally, we guarantee you a fixed price for the next 30 days following the purchase date of your Max Pro X MOHI product. If the same model is sold within this period by an authorized retailer or by Max Pro X MOHI itself for a lower price, you'll receive the difference back. Simply contact us via our contact form to claim this.

To qualify for this guarantee, the product must be the exact same model and color as on maxprohair.com and must be in stock at one of the eligible retailers. Proof of the advertised price by a qualified Dutch retailer is required, and a link is mandatory (we cannot accept screenshots).

The following retailers are eligible: MediaMarkt, Douglas, Bol.com, Haarshop.nl, and Haibu.nl, excluding Bol.com Partner Platform (Marketplaces).

Please note, this price guarantee is not valid for purchases that are part of a set that can also be bought separately at the full price.

The advertised product must be new and in its original packaging. This promise does not apply if the product is refurbished, refurbished, used, damaged, returned, in an open box, or a demonstration product.
