What does your Max Pro Warranty cover?

A Max Pro Warranty covers the repair or replacement (as directed by Max Pro) of your Max Pro hair styling tool if it is determined during the warranty period that the defect is a result of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship.

If a part is no longer available (e.g., specific color variations), Max Pro will replace it with a functional replacement part. Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.

What is not covered by a Max Pro Warranty?

Max Pro hair styling tools are designed and manufactured to continuously perform well in normal professional and household environments. If a Max Pro hair styling tool is used as intended and becomes defective within the warranty period, it is our responsibility to repair or replace it.

However, there are circumstances in which our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of a device. These are not hidden in the fine print. Here's what is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, such as parts that wear out over time (brushes, batteries, filters, etc.).
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the product
  • Damage resulting from failure to perform recommended device maintenance.
  • Damage from external sources such as transportation, weather, power outages, or power fluctuations.
  • Defects caused by circumstances beyond the control of Max Pro.
  • Defects caused by:
  • Misuse, improper use, negligence, or improper operation of the device;
  • Use of the device not in accordance with the Max Pro manual;
  • Use of a Max Pro hair styling tool for purposes other than what is considered normal household use in the country of purchase.
  • Use of parts not assembled or installed according to Max Pro instructions.
  • Use of parts and accessories that are not original Max Pro parts.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by parties other than Max Pro or its authorized agents.
  • Sales by non-official retailers, outlet stores, and second-hand stores.

What are the warranty terms?

Our warranty terms are as follows:

  • The warranty begins on the day of purchase (or the day of delivery if later).
  • You must present a purchase/delivery receipt before we can perform warranty work on your device. Without this proof, you cannot claim the warranty. Keep your purchase or delivery receipt.
  • All work is carried out by Max Pro or its authorized agents.
  • Replaced parts become the property of Max Pro.
  • Repair or replacement of your device under warranty does not extend the warranty period.
  • The warranty provides benefits that are additional to your statutory rights as a customer and does not affect these rights.

When does the warranty start?

The warranty begins on the purchase date (or the delivery date if later) and has the duration indicated below:
